Why We Do It
Since our founder Sharna, began her career in the film and TV industry over a decade ago, she quickly noticed two major issues: the lack of diverse creatives in leadership roles and the unhealthy work environments that had become the norm. Rather than simply accepting these realities, she was driven to create change.

Hill House Media was born out of this passion—to reshape the industry by fostering inclusive storytelling and ethical production spaces. Through our work, we strive to challenge industry norms, set new standards for ethical and inclusive filmmaking, and cultivate a space where every individual regardless of background feels valued and empowered. Our mission is to ensure that every project we produce authentically reflects the diversity of our world while cultivating a work culture that is healthy, supportive, and empowering.​
